30-Day Return Window

• You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or color, the fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (such as worn or damaged products not caused by us). We’ll clearly state this on the product page when applicable.
