1. What products do you sell?

Livit New York specializes in stylish and comfortable men’s sweaters designed for both casual and modern looks. Each piece is crafted with attention to detail and quality to ensure it lasts season after season.

2. Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping timeframe is 8–12 days from the date your order is placed. This includes order processing, quality inspection, packaging, and delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the delivery method selected. We strive to keep our shipping rates affordable and transparent.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery at any time.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for complete details.

7. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to reflect on your statement.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

13. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our sweaters may be restocked depending on demand. We encourage you to check back regularly or contact us for updates on specific items.
